RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it for a full refund. Returned items must be in unworn, unwashed and original condition.

All sale items are final sale. No exchanges or returns will be accepted on these items.

All eligible exchanges/returns must be returned within 21 days of purchase.

To start the return process, please email us at returns@lsgdenim.com with the original order number and reason for the return.

We may ask you additional questions to process the return.

If the return is approved, a Return Merchandise Number(RMA) will be emailed to you. Refund will only be granted once the item(s) has been received, inspected and approved by us as required by our policies.

Refunds will not be granted if the item is not in its original condition or does not match the information from your original request.

Your refund will be processed within 2 business days of receiving the merchandise. You will be refunded the total amount less the shipping charges.

Any merchandise returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

EXCHANGE POLICY

If you would like to make an exchange, first, purchase the replacement item(s) you want on our website to secure its availability.

To start the exchange process, please email us at returns@lsgdenim.com with the original order number.

Once your request is approved, a Return Merchandise Number(RMA) will be emailed to you. A full refund will be processed once the item(s) has been received, inspected and approved by us as required by our policies within two business days.

Refund will not be processed if the item is not in its original condition or does not match the information from your original request.

Any merchandise returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

SHIPPING ON RETURNS/EXCHANGE

The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the return/exchange item.

International returns should be sent via domestic mail service (US residents use USPS).

For U.S. and International returns, mark the parcel as “CANADIAN GOODS RETURN” on the customs forms.  Duties charged to LSG Apparel Inc. as a result of mislabelling or marking as a “gift” will be deducted from your store credit.  Parcels sent C.O.D. will be refused.

Please ensure all returned items are packed and sealed securely with the RMA number shown clearly on the outside of the package. We recommend using a  service that provides a tracking number.

LSG Apparel Inc. is not responsible for any delay. damage or loss of return packages while in transit.

Once the return has been received and inspected, you will receive a return confirmation email. Any return, exchange or store credit may not be granted if the item is not in its original condition or does not match the information from your original request.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We stand behind the quality of our product. Items that are deemed defective within a reasonable time frame will be considered for an exchange if a proof of purchase is provided. Please email info@lsgdenim.com  with a detailed description of the problem along with all necessary photos.
