We try and ship your order within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) via Canada Post, Purolator and DHL. The standard delivery time for all orders is 2-5 business days.
If you do not receive your purchase after 6 business days, please notify us at info@lsgdenim.com with your order number.
LSG Apparel Inc. is not responsible for delays within the postal/courier system and does not provide refunds for items that arrive outside the estimated times listed. Estimated shipping times vary by region.

TAXES & DUTY
Canadian orders are subject to applicable taxes.
US orders are tax free at the time of purchase. LSG Apparel Inc. will cover for any duty or brokerage fees associated with the order.
International orders are tax free at the time of purchase but may be subject to duty and/or taxes levied by the importing country. Any custom fees incurred from the imported goods is the sole responsibility of the customer. The customer is also responsible for any additional charges on rejected packages.
WHERE IS MY ORDER
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your shipment has left our warehouse. You can track your order through our website or alternatively through the courier’s website.
