Recent changes to U.S. customs and tariff regulations have altered how shipments entering the United States from Canada are handled. Under the current framework, all cross-border orders are now subject to duties, taxes, and brokerage or clearance fees, regardless of order value.
These charges are required to be prepaid prior to delivery, which significantly affects the overall cost and delivery experience.
After careful consideration, we’ve decided to temporarily pause shipments to the United States. This allows us to protect our pricing integrity and continue delivering the quality and service you expect from us.
